GGP initiated the YWD Programs in 2012 to train Geauga County high school students with the soft skills they need to succeed in their careers. Programs include Career Awareness events for 8th graders, Career Readiness Training for grades 10-12, and the Ignite Your Career event designed for students grades 7-12 with their parents. The GGP High School Summer Internship Program provides real-world work experiences. In 2016 alone, GGP trained more than 1,200 Geauga County students.
