Hot to trot! Congrats to CHS Senior Kailyn F. and her handsome horse Booming to the Top, aka Boomer, on being named Grand Champions in English Equitation at the All American Youth Horse Show in Columbus!

Kailyn has been riding for almost 9 years and competes in various shows throughout the year. In addition to her Grand Champion ribbons in Columbus, she also received Reserve Championship honors in Western Horsemanship and 3rd place in Western Pleasure Championships. Kailyn competes in equitation (which is the art of horse riding), horsemanship, pleasure, showmanship, and jumping. Kailyn says she was super surprised about her top finish in Columbus and proud of all of the hard work that she, her horse and her trainer put in. Way to go Kailyn!
