Margaret, So sorry your visit in past years did not turn out as positive as mine. I did not eat there prior to this year, so I can not judge it, and would not begin to. Everyone has been telling me lately how great the food is, hence why I went. I have been there since this story broke and must say, food was still delicious. I have eaten great Mexican food in California as well as other states. It always beats fast food!

I grew up in Middlefield, but have lived in San Diego, California for the last 46 years. I do however come back to Middlefield every year or two for a visit, since I have family and many friends still there. If this is the same restaurant and owner that was there a couple years ago, it does not even come close to being authentic Mexican food. I love Mexican food, and being from California, I know what authentic Mexican food is. I had lunch at this restaurant a couple years ago and was very dissapointed in the food, including the chips and salsa they served. I never went back, for it was a waste of time and money to me. Sorry!!!
