So, what is your dog doing this summer? No bones about it – on Geauga Park District Hound Hikes, a good time is always had by all!

The parks’ next dog-centric walk is scheduled for Sunday, June 24th, in the uniquely astronomy-themed Observatory Park, located at 10610 Clay Street in Montville Township. Participating dogs and their humans will enjoy a roughly two-mile hike along level terrain from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., including ample water stops for all the dogs.

Registration is routinely required for Hound Hikes at the new Geauga Park District or 440-286-9516. One non-aggressive, leashed (8 ft. max) dog is permitted per handler, who must be able to control his or her dog at all times. Please bring your own water bowl, towels and scoop/bags for clean-up.

For more on Geauga Park District offerings, please call 440-286-9516 or visit Geauga Park District online via Geauga Park District, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or YouTube.
