Geauga Growth Partnership is honored to present the Epprecht Family of Great Lakes Cheese as our Quarterly Entrepreneur Success Breakfast.
The Great Lakes Cheese story began in 1958, when Swiss immigrant Hans Epprecht began his neighborhood cheese-delivering business. The company assets consisted of a truck, a lease of space, vacuum packaging machine and a cheese cart.
Industrious, dedicated and determined to succeed he made it a point of listening to customer needs and responding to provide the best solutions for his customers. Being mindful of opportunities and changes in the food industry, this story is one of growth, uncompromising quality and commitment to serving the needs of the customer.
