Geauga Growth Partnership is launching a full leadership development series designed to give supervisors tools that will strengthen their abilities to lead others. Whether newly promoted or seasoned, managers can benefit from hands on, interactive training that builds knowledge and skills needed to keep organizations growing in the right direction.
L.E.A.D. (Leadership Effectiveness & Accelerated Development) is set up for cumulative training through two series.
All classes are held 9 a.m. – noon on the following Fridays at Newbury Business Park Executive Center, 12373 Kinsman Road, Bldg. C, Newbury. Courses may be taken individually or as part of the 4-class series.

The series Instructor is Steve Peter, Human Resources Consultant with more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources Development, working with a wide range of employers from large corporations to small entrepreneurial firms. His experience spans businesses in manufacturing, service, banking, retail, agribusiness, and healthcare. He has consulted with numerous corporations in the Northeast Ohio area, and teaches at Lakeland Community College and for the Employers Resource Council. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Education from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology and Human Resource Management from the University of Toledo.
