Santa Sleighs in Friday, November 4th to Usher in Family Activities, Entertainment and More Adding Sparkle to Annual Shopping Tradition

It’s all about holiday cheer this year at Great Lakes Mall, Mentor’s family friendly shopping destination! Santa Claus will sleigh into the Dillard’s South Concourse on Friday, November 4th to help shoppers celebrate the season with a variety of family friendly events, entertainment and opportunities to give back to others. From family and purr-fect pet photo experiences to KidX Club interactive events and community showcases, Great Lakes Mall is your holiday headquarters for community initiatives.

This year, Great Lakes Mall is pleased to present the following enchanting holiday happenings:

The Santa Photo Experience, November 4th – December 24th
As a kick-off to the season, children and their families can experience the magic of the holiday season with the Santa Photo Experience in the Dillard’s South Concourse.

KidX Club’s “Breakfast with Santa,” Saturday, November 19th from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Great Lakes Mall invites all of Santa’s little helpers to celebrate the fun and joy of the holidays with KidX Club’s “Breakfast with Santa” event. Kids will have the opportunity to meet Santa and purchase breakfast from select food court restaurants, all while enjoying seasonal activities to help add to the holiday cheer! Breakfast with Santa is sponsored locally by Lake Health.

Pet Photos, Sunday, November 27th and December 11th from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Don’t furr-get your favorite pets! Capture fetching photo moments with your faithful companions during Pet Photos. Pet Photos are hosted during regular mall hours and the set gets an extensive cleaning following the event to remove any potential risk to allergy sufferers.

Sensitive Santa on Sunday, December 4th from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Feel the spirit and joy during Great Lakes Mall’s Sensitive Santa event on December 4th. Great Lakes Mall’s Sensitive Santa will provide children with special needs and their families with a sensory friendly environment to safely experience the time-honored tradition of visiting Santa Clause.

Cookies & Milk with Santa & Mrs. Claus on Sunday, December 18th from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Families are invited to enjoy cookies and milk, a craft and story time with Mrs. Claus. The big guy himself will also be available for any last minute wishes from the little ones.
