The Easter bunny will make an appearance in Chardon on Saturday, April 15, for the annual Easter Egg Hunt.

The event begins with a pancake breakfast at Pilgrim Christian Church on 202 South Hambden Street from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Price is $8 for adults and $6 for children 10 and under and includes the opportunity to take your own photos with the Easter bunny.

The hunt, which is free and open to children through the age of eight, will begin at 11:00 a.m. on the Historic Square.

Children are asked to bring their own baskets and will be divided into separate age groups for the hunt.

The event is hosted by the Chardon Area Chamber of Commerce, the Chardon Square Association and Chardon Tomorrow. Presenting sponsor for the third year is Lucas Pest Control. The candy is being donated by Walmart with the eggs stuffed by residents of Chardon Healthcare. Additional donations and support are being provided by the city of Chardon and Western Reserve Farm Cooperative.
