Stink bugs. Lady bugs. The critters that share our homes: should we consider them house guests or house pests? Find out during an hour-long program on Sunday, November 18th, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at The West Woods Nature Center!

During House Guest or House Pest?, Naturalist Karie Wheaton will share with you why she keeps spiders in her house and who to call if you find you’ve been invaded by yellow jackets.

“A lot of our ‘house pests’ fall into the ‘creepy to look at’ category and people don’t love co-habitating with them. They give them the heebie-jeebies,” Karie said. “But by learning a little more about these ‘pests,’ maybe you will think of relocating them or welcome them as ‘guests’ instead!”

Registration is not required to attend – just show up! All are welcome to this indoor presentation, which is for all ages and fully wheelchair/stroller accessible.
