A STABLE Account is a nationwide enrollment program for individuals with disabilities that allows individuals to enroll in a tax-free savings plan for disability-related expenses. With a STABLE Account, individuals with disabilities can save and invest without losing government benefits such as Medicaid or Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
