On May 9th, NDCL alum Brenna (Randel) Cook `00 brought participants in the Maple Heights Adult Activity Center to NDCL to create art with NDCL students. The program, in its third year, is sponsored through a yearly grant from the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Brenna’s goal is to facilitate the participant’s ability to experience art in integrated environments.

“Art has connected so many people that would not have otherwise met each other,” Brenna shares.  Participants have experienced glass blowing, printmaking, fiber dye/weaving, photography and so much more.
