CMS Students Use Skit to Provide History Lesson
History of the American Republic comes to life in Mr. Luke Kruse’s 8th grade social studies class. Students are learning about the time period, and have been challenged to present to the class, their understanding of an event during this time. Emily C., Lorena F., Rylee F., Emily S., & Brooke M. chose to write and perform a skit on the XYZ Affair of 1798, an event that showed the young United States was willing to stand up for itself against the French.
