St. Mary Chardon students Elizabeth Passow and Zoe Virant traveled to the Ohio State Fair as finalists in this year’s Invention Convention program.  They were a part of 464 other students who came from all over the state representing 85 schools.  The students were judged on the inventions they created this past school year as part of the Invention Convention program offered by the Ohio educational non-profit group, the Invention League. Invention League (Invention League) challenges students to think of problems that could be solved with new inventions. This year’s theme was “Problem Solving is Our Superpower.”

Backed by major technology sponsors, including the title Supporting Partner, Honda of America Mfg. Inc.  Zoe Virant created Pet Paw Cleaning Gloves while Elizabeth Passow showed off her Take Apart Beaters.
