Chagrin Falls Student Runner Up in National Competition

At Chagrin Falls Middle School, Mrs. Dean and Mr. Rothstein’s seventh grade science classes participated in Scholastic Science World Magazine “Pick a Scientist Partner” writing competition this past fall, 2013.

With the help of The Write Place at Chagrin Falls High School, all students chose a scientist and wrote about why they would collaborate on an invention or an experiment with their chosen scientist. Middle school student Chester Hill was awarded as a runner up in this competition.

Chester chose Galileo for his scientist and his invention was a telescope that would be able to view any point in time past, present, and future. Chester will receive a Harry Potter Box Set and a Nintendo DS video game.
