Feathers and Fleece 4H Club News

The Feathers and Fleece 4H Club recently met at the Munson Town Hall to elect officers, set new By-Laws, play team building games and have fun!Feathers Fleece Meeting edited

The new officers for 2015 are: President Annie Kinkopf, Vice-President Max Wolf, Secretary Isaac Ray, Treasurer Emily Stern, Recreation Officer Samantha Kosie, and News Reporter Jessica Burden.

The club is holding a carwash fundraiser on June 27 at Chardon Tractor Supply.

Last weekend, the club weighed in their 4H animals in anticipation of selling them in the Livestock sale at the Great Geauga County Fair. Some of the animals that will be sold include turkeys, chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits and cattle. This year, there will be sixty-five sheep!

My favorite part of fair was the experience I got in doing showmanship. We all had fun at the milk shake booth selling the best milk shakes ever!
