Mini Peanut Butter Brownie Cupcake

To me, a dessert is not a dessert without chocolate! Add some peanut butter and I am sold! This

recipe is so easy, you won’t believe that you only need 3 ingredients! Check it out!

Mini Peanut Butter Brownie Cupcake

Ingredients:

1 Fiber One™ 90 calorie chocolate peanut butter brownie

1 tablespoon hazelnut spread

1 pecan

Instructions:

1) Press a brownie into a mini cupcake pan to mold it into the shape of a cupcake.

2) To get it out of the pan, use a spoon to loosen one side of the brownie, then flip the pan over

and let gravity do the rest.

3) Frost your cupcake with hazelnut spread and top it with your pecan and sea salt.
