SUMMARY:Feels Like OM Baby Goat Yoga
DESCRIPTION:FIRST GOAT YOGA OF 2022!!!!! We are so excited to share our baby goats with you!\n\n\nWhy Feels Like OM Goat Yoga? \n#1. Creating Authentic Connection ~ in today’s world\, many people are looking at getting back to basics. The age of texting and online communication can make people feel disconnected. Taking your workout from the gym or yoga studio out into nature and adding an animal can capture the simplicity of nature. Connect with nature\, connect with yourself\, connect with animals. \n#2. AAA: Animal- Assisted Activities \nTherapeutic mental and physical benefits ~ Many people come to yoga not just for a workout\, but to relax and decompress. Surrounding yourself with animals can lower rates of depression\, anxiety\, high blood pressure\, and loneliness. Bonding with animals has been shown to release mood elevating hormones. It decreases stress and provides a happy escape. \n#3. Goats are HILARIOUS! \n Goats are curious and also have no understanding of personal space! They are likely to sit on your mat\, walk across your legs\, hop on your back and maybe even nibble your toes. Our friendly and playful baby yoga goats will be a delight during this special event! This is truly as fun as it sounds and you will leave feeling light and happy! \n For more information or pictures of our goats\, check out our website http://feelslikehomefarm.com/meet-the-goats.html. \nFeels Like Om Goat Yoga is for everyone and we welcome all fitness levels. You will be walked over\, nibbled on and possibly jumped on by adorable baby goats… please dress accordingly! Please wear long hair in a ponytail unless you want a haircut!A limited amount of mats will be available\, but you will want at least one LARGE TOWEL to lay down on your mat\, with a possible extra towel in case of “goat accidents”. \nRefund Policy: Based on Ohio State Law for events\, we are required to issue a refund within 3 days of the ticket purchase. After that\, the ticket is non-refundable\, however\, we will try to work with you on getting a refund. If there is a waiting list for the class we will try to switch your ticket over to another yogi. \nWe will send out an email the week before your class with details about directions and reminders of what to bring as well as a weather update. Please be on the lookout for this. Check your SPAM if you haven’t received it by Thursday before your class. There is NO NEED to print your ticket. \nIN COMPLIANCE WITH OHIO MANDATORY GUIDELINES: \n-PARTICIPANTS DISPLAYING COVID SYMPTOMS WILL BE DECLINED TO ENTER \n-ALL CLASSES WILL BE OUTSIDE \n-MASKS ARE OPTIONAL \n-MATS WILL BE PLACED BEFORE CLASS 6 FEET APART \n-AS ALWAYS\, MATS WILL BE DISINFECTED AFTER EACH USE \n-TOURS WILL BE SPLIT IN HALF @ 10 PPL EACH GROUP \n-NO OTHER VISITORS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY OTHER THAN YOGA PARTICIPANTS \nFor more information about this or any of our programs\, or to be added to our email list\, please call Alissa at (440)724-5121 or email feelslikehome22@yahoo.com. \n \nwww.feelslikehomefarm.com
