DESCRIPTION:Halloween is for costumes\, fun and candy and Mentor Nissan will make sure all three of these Halloween traditions are covered at their second annual Trunk or Treat event to be held on Saturday\, October 21 from 12 pm-2 pm.  The dealership car lot will turn into a “trunkload” of treats as children dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes go from trunk to trunk gathering candy.  The event will be held rain or shine and is free to all children and families to attend. \n  \nAlong with the candy collection\, the event will feature local mascots\, music\, burgers and hot dogs\, cider\, a coloring contest and more!  There will be three age categories for the coloring contest; 4-6\, 7-9 and 10-13 with one winner per age group.  Winners will receive a $25 gift card.  The coloring page can be picked up prior to the event at the dealership (6960 Center Street) or at the event’s coloring station.  All entries must be submitted by October 21.  Winners will be announced on Mentor Nissan’s Facebook page on October 23 and notified by phone. \n  \n“Our goal is to give back to the community we live in and service\, states Managing Partner\, Ray Sminchak. Trunk or Treat does just that\, a fun free event for families\, an additional opportunity for kids to wear their Halloween costumes and a great way for us to showcase the wonderful businesses and organizations we have right here in our community. We are expecting a terrific turnout of both community organizations and costumed kids due to last year’s success!” \n  \nBusinesses\, organizations and nonprofits are invited to join in on the fun and participate by decorating the trunk of their vehicle in a themed décor and pass out candy.  Each decorated trunk is automatically entered into the Trunk Decorating Contest where one winner will receive a $500 donation and their name on the Trunk or Treat trophy! \n  \nAll vehicles participating in Trunk or Treat must reserve a spot by emailing your interest to pat@usepromark.com no later than October 16. \n  \nMentor Nissan is a community partner and happy to be of service in the Lake County area.  For additional information about Mentor Nissan visit www.mentornissan.com or call 440.951.1100. \n\n
