Douglas B. Brown, of Douglas B. Brown & Associates, has over 30 years of experience in the areas of Affirmative Action and EEO, is experienced in both the private and public sectors in a variety of human resources, educational and compliance related positions. Before going into practice, Brown worked in human resources for both the BFGoodrich Co. and TRW Inc., in corporate and plant environments. He is a graduate of Capital University Law School and the University of Michigan, and a member of the Ohio, Cleveland and Geauga County Bar Associations as well as the Society of Human Resource Management.

Bonnie Troyer served as a Human Resources Manager at Swagelok and is owner of HR Strategies & Solutions, an HR services provider. Bonnie has over 18 years of diverse human resource experience providing HR leadership and support in professional, technical and operations departments. Ms. Troyer received a master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State; a bachelor’s degree in Business from Kent State, and holds a 270 Coaching Certification.
