It is Time for some Sweet Corn!

The Kiwanis Club of Chardon is pleased to announce the 14th Annual Kiwanis Corn Roast, which is held each year to celebrate the bounty of the growing season. The Corn Roast will be held in conjunction with the Harvest Handmade Market being sponsored by the Chardon Square Association.

The 14th Annual Corn Roast will take place September 18th from 10 AM to 5 PM on the Historic Chardon Square. The Chardon Kiwanis will be providing fresh sweet corn from hometown favorite Sage’s Apple Orchard and other items such as delicious hot dogs and sausage sandwiches.

“The money raised through the Corn Roast helps support the Kiwanis club programs throughout the Chardon area,” said club member and event chairman, Jim Rayl. “What is better than a wonderful afternoon with your family and friends, some local sweet corn, crafts, and being able to go home knowing you helped your community.” The Kiwanis Club of Chardon would like to invite you to this annual end of summer event!
