Take crash course on spring happenings
As the trees outside our windows become greener by the day, it may be easy to miss some of the outstanding natural phenomena happening right before our very eyes. Life moves so very fast these days. To make sure you don’t completely miss it, Geauga Park District is offering a crash course in the plants and animals of the spring season. Call it Nature 101.
What: Nature 101: Spring Happenings
When: Tuesday, May 14 – 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Where: The West Woods Nature Center
9465 Kinsman Road (Route 87), Russell Township
Participants need not register for this free experience. Just show up to enjoy a short indoor introduction, followed by an outdoor hike to experience frogs calling, birds flying, and all that Nature in the spring has to offer.
This program will be wheelchair/stroller accessible during the indoor portion and suitable for all school age and up. Call 440-286-9516 with questions.
