Banquet Assistant
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to frequently bend/stop and occasionally squat and lift up to 50lbs. regularly
- Must be available to work all shifts including some holidays
Functions:
- Supervise and direct the banquet staff
- Plan, coordinate and implement special events and holiday functions
- Responsible for selection, training, and development of banquet staff
- Administrative responsibilities including cash accountability and management, inventory control, scheduling, and personnel procedures.

Line Cook
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old at least
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and other shifts if necessary
- Must have the ability to understand food production procedures
Functions:
- Prepare food of consistent quality
- Practice safety standards at all times
- Prepare food for banquet functions and the dining room
- Assist prep work of vegetables and condiments as required for the next shift
