“Life is too short not to eat raw – and it’s even shorter if you don’t.”
―Marie Sarantakis
Raw food? How can that be any good!
Find out for yourself! Gather some friends and come to Sirna’s Farm on Sunday, August 10, to learn more about the growing interest in the benefits of raw foods. Roseann C. Borucki-Zaft, Board Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, will be leading a class on making raw soups. See the process and learn about the added benefits of using certain essential oils as well to make the most of your new raw food healthy habits.
If you have attended the smoothie classes, then you know the fun that awaits you! And now, it’s time for bigger and better (but still delicious and RAW) things. Roseann, a raw foods guru since 2009, will cover raw foods and how to make the most of your vegetables. Soup isn’t just for wintertime, as you’ll learn. Come out and enjoy an afternoon at the farm where you’ll learn that raw ‘cooking’ is easy on your kitchen in the summer months, easy to clean up, nutrient dense, and best of all….delicious! What more could you ask for?
