Blackbrook Audubon Society invites you to hear directly from Geauga Park District Park Biologist Paul Pira about the recent restoration and improvement of wildlife habitat at Sunnybrook Preserve and Bass Lake Preserve – more than 3,000 feet of stream and 11 acres of wetlands!
Paul looks forward to sharing photos as well as information, and answer questions, in regards to these significant projects on Tuesday, May 17, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Registration is required to attend at www.geaugaparkdistrict.org or 440-286-9516, but an option to watch virtually will also be made available during registration.
All three projects at these two parks were made possible in part by the Chagrin River Watershed Partners, who assisted Geauga Park District in obtaining sizeable grants for their funding. Attend Paul’s presentation, entitled Blackbrook Audubon: Restoring Geauga County’s Streams & Wetlands for Wildlife, to learn more!
