DESCRIPTION:CrossFit’s favorite competition!  Teams of 2\, opposite sex\, 10 years apart…. find your master or minor and come have a fun day of fitness!\n\n\nEvent Details:\n-$150 Per Team (Plus ticket fee)\n-Minimum of 4 workouts \n-Register by December 24th to guarantee your competition shirt\n-No refunds after December 24th\n-Stay tuned to our Facebook event and Instagram for updates\, details\, and workout releases! \nAre you ready?! \nChagrin Falls CrossFit is excited to announce the 1st annual Masters -N- Minors competition.  This is a scaled and Intermediate team competition with one male and one female per team.  The only catch is you MUST have a 10 year or greater age difference between you. \nThe minimum 10-year age difference must be measured by birth year\, NOT birth month.  (i.e.\, male partner born in 1975\, the female partner’s birth year must be either born before 1965 or 1985 or later. \nSo\, grab your favorite Master or Minor for the battle of the ages. \nScaled Standards: \n-Knees to mid-line  \n-Single Unders \n-Box step-up (20/18) \n-Wallballs (14/10) 10/9′ \n-Row | Bike | Ski \n-Dumbbell Movements (35/20) \n-Burpee (step up allowed)  \n-Kettlebell Movements (35/26) \n-Max Lifts & Complexes *Athletes should be able to complete 5+ reps \n-Deadlift (135/95) \n-Power/Squat Clean (95/75) \n-Front Squat (95/65) \n-Shoulder to Overhead (65/45) \n-Thruster (65/45) \n-Power Snatch (65/45) \n-be prepared for the unknown \n \nIntermediate Standards: \n-Pull- ups \n-T2B \n-Double Unders – at least one partner \n-Box Jumps (24″/20″) \n-Wallballs (20/14) to (10’/9′) \n-Row | Bike | Ski \n-Dumbbell Movements (50/35) \n-Burpee  \n-Kettlebell Movements (53/35) \n-Max Lifts & Complexes *Athletes should be able to complete 5+ reps \n-Deadlift (185/135) \n-Front Squat (115/75) \n-Power/Squat Cleans (115/75) \n-Shoulder to Overhead (95/65) \n-Thruster (95/65) \n-Power Snatch (95/65) \n–be prepared for the unknown
