DESCRIPTION:Exercise is the point of this nature hike\nStill feeling a little sluggish from the holidays or kind of cabin feverish? \nBurn off those winter calories on this fitness hike with Chief Naturalist John Kolar along the beautiful trails of Frohring Meadows. \nWhat: Nature Trek Fitness Hike \nWhen: Sunday\, February 8 – 2 to 3:30 p.m. \nWhere: Frohring Meadows\n16780 Savage Road\, Bainbridge Township \nWhile there may be some naturalist interpretation during the hike\, don’t worry\, it won’t be enough to let your heart rate drop. Prepare to walk at least 1.5 miles with some hills\, rain or shine. \nRegistration is not required – just show up dressed for the weather\, and bring your own water to stay hydrated.
