SUMMARY:9th Annual Burton-Middlefield Rotary Club Motorcycle Run
DESCRIPTION:Take a 60 mile ride through beautiful Geauga County on June 29\, 2014\, led by the County Sheriff\, Dan McClelland\, and “Midge.” This year’s Ride will fund the Burton-Middlefield Rotary Veterans’ Housing and Assistance Fund. To date\, the Rotary Club has raised over $100\,000 for Geauga County Veterans through various projects including the Veterans’ Memorial\, Veterans’ Giant Eagle Gift Cards\, Veterans’ Housing along with providing Veterans’ assistance with home heating oil this past winter. To pre-register and pre-pay\, make a donation\, or sign up as a sponsor for the Geauga Veterans Fundraiser\, please see below. \nRide Begins at Geauga County Fairgrounds\nThe “Ride” will depart from the Great Geauga County Fairgrounds in Burton\, Ohio\, at 10 am. They will lead you on a 60 mile trek through scenic Geauga County and\, as usual\, there will be a drive by of the Geauga County Veterans’ Memorial. The ride will return to the fairgrounds around noon for a provided picnic lunch and entertainment. \nRegistration opens at 8 am. at Maggie’s Donuts and coffee will be served. Registration is from 8 -10 am. \nPUBLIC WELCOME! Donations at the door. \nPrint registration form HERE. \nIf you register by mail print two copies of the form. Send one with the payment and bring a signed copy to the ride. \nOnline pre-registration\, donations and sponsorship can be made HERE. \nOnline registrations should print and sign a copy of the form and bring it on the day of the ride. \nIf you are registering the day of the ride\, it will save you some time to have a copy of the form filled out ahead of time.
