SUMMARY:Ice Wine Festival Progressive Dinner Events
DESCRIPTION:Kick off the Ice Wine Festival (March 1\, 8\, and 15) with a progressive dinner event the night before using mostly local meats\, fruits\, and vegetables from some of our neighboring certified farms. Each evening begins at 6:30 p.m. at Grand River Cellars with delicious appetizers. Proceed to Debonné Vineyards for a wonderful meal. Afterwards\, move up the road to South River Vineyard for a delicious dessert. Our winemaker will pair each of the courses with his choice of wines. \nReservations required. Seating is very limited and will sell out early. This is a prepaid\, non-refundable ticketed event. $49.50 per person includes tax & gratuity. \nMarch 14\nGrand River Cellars: Tuscan vegetable soup (Ohio Heritage Farm\, Saybrook & Rainbow Farms\, Perry)\, served with a mixed greens salad (Rainbow Farms\, Perry)\, with sunflower seeds\, tortilla strips\, & a chipotle dressing. \nDebonne Vineyards: Homemade pot roast (New Creation Farm\, Chardon) covered in Merlot gravy using Debonné wines\, served with roasted vegetables and potatoes (Ohio Heritage Farms & Rainbow Farms). (Lenten option: Grilled Salmon covered in a maple mustard sauce (Bissell Maple Farm\, Rock Creek) \nFinish with dessert at South River Vineyards from Gartman Bakery in Painesville. \nPlease note that we make every effort to bring you fresh local meats\, fruits and vegetables but sometimes we have to make a last minute menu change due to availability. \nCall 440-298-9838 to make your reservation and celebrate local wine & food with us.
