Make this year’s Christmas present extra special by purchasing a kids Winter Camp Registration for the animal loving child in your life! Rescue Village’s Kids Winter Camp is open for registration. The camp is for children ages 9-11, and this two-day event runs from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm on December 29th and 30th. The fee is $100.00 due at the time of registration. The camp will be held at Rescue Village.
During the “Season of Giving” campers will learn about adaptations in animals during the winter months and what they can do to help. Campers will engage in hands-on activities such as: making and baking animal treats, building bird feeders, making shelter toys and blankets, socializing with animals, and teaching others how to be kind.
Activities will be held indoors as well as outdoors, so children should come dressed for the weather. Registration is limited and fills quickly on a first-come, first-serve basis so register early!
