Dance with Cadillac Lilly at the Bainbridge Swing Dance in Timmons Elementary School Gymnasium at 9595 Washington St. in Chagrin Falls, Ohio on Friday the 2nd of November 2012. Cadillac Lilly is a five-piece band specializing in swing and blues.They will take you on a “Sentimental Journey” that traces the “Birth of the Blues” from New Orleans up the Mississippi River to St. Louis, on to Kansas City and Chicago. “Choo Choo Ch’Boogie” along “Route 66” with this band to follow the path of American music and its roots in blues, country, jazz, and rhythm and blues.
The dance and live performance of Cadillac Lilly begins at 9:00 p.m. and is preceded by a one hour swing dance lesson at 8:00 p.m. Experienced and non-experienced dancers are welcome. This public event is open to all ages. No partner is required for the lesson or the dance.
Admission is $10 per adult, $8 per student or $25 per family. Admission includes the 8:00 p.m. lesson and 9:00 p.m. live performance and dance. A different live band performs the first Friday of every month.
