Merrily We Sing Along

On Tuesday evening, December 16, musician, Nicky Bucur, will lead the Geauga Arts Network Group (GANG) in songs of the season. Host for the evening will be Chesterland-based playwright, Joanne Durante.

This entertaining program, is free and open to the general public, and will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Heinen’s Cafe, 402 Center Street in Chardon, Ohio. No reservations are necessary.

Bucur is a Geauga County resident who, as a freelance musician and hospice volunteer, has been bringing joyful music to area families and organizations for over two decades.

Other local musicians, singers, artists, and writers are invited to share their own songs, paintings, and stories in celebration of the holiday season, which will be interspersed with popular holiday sing-along tunes led by Bucur.

This special celebration is a gift from the GANG to the Geauga County community to thank them for over a decade of support, and a fun way to transition from the craziness of holiday preparations to the true meaning of the Christmas and Hanukah seasons.

The Geauga Arts Network Group is an ad hoc group whose mission is to promote communication, collaboration, and cooperation across artistic disciplines for artists living and/or working in Geauga County. For further information, contact Joanne Durante, 440-729-6481.
