Students in Mrs. Horvath’s first grade class turned into scientists recently!
Students are learning about the different classifications of animals (reptiles, mammals, birds, fish, insects, amphibians), so school consultant Claire Zurbuch, aka Mr. Z, set up an experiment where students visited 10 stations in the classroom to view an animal (some were alive and some were not) and determine which classification it belonged to.
Students had a blast! Thanks Mr. Z!
