The National Merit Scholarship Corporation recently announced that Lillian Martin `18 (Huntsburg), Hailey Oppenlander `18 (Chardon), and Gregory Owendoff `18 (Chagrin Falls) are among only 50,000 out of 1.5 million students nationwide to be recognized for achievement on the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude /National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT).
With their outstanding performance on the PSAT/NMSQT, Lillian, Hailey, and Gregory are qualified as National Merit commended students, semi-finalists, or finalists. Those prestigious designations will be announced in fall, 2017.
