Rescue Village Winter Animal Camp for Animal Loving Kids is Open for Registration

Rescue Village’s Winter Camp is open for registration. The camp is for children ages 9-11, and this two day event runs from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on December 28th and December 29th. The fee is $100, due at the time of registration.

During the “Season of Giving” campers will learn about adaptations in animals during the winter months and what they can do to help. Campers will also engage in hands-on activities, such as: making and baking animal treats, building bird feeders, making shelter toys and blankets, socializing with animals, and teaching others how to be kind.

Activities will be held indoors as well as outdoors, so participants should come dressed for the weather.

Registration is limited and fills quickly on a first-come, first-serve basis so register early! Camp applications are available via our website  Geauga County Humane Society Winter Animal Camp, by contacting Nicole Latosky via email at education@geaugahumane.org or 440-338-4819 ext. 20, or in-person at Rescue Village.
