The new water bottle filling stations that have been installed this month at Gurney Elementary School will benefit all students and staff. “Staying hydrated throughout the day is critical for everyone’s overall health and optimal energy level,” said Principal Rachel Jones, Gurney Elementary School. These stations have a touchless sensor activation to fill bottles and they have filters that reduce unwanted water components and improve taste. They even have a ticker that can tell the school how many 20 ounce plastic water bottles have been saved from waste. “We are so grateful to Lynn Turchan and our entire Chagrin Falls PTO for supplying our school with four of these stations throughout our building,” said Jones.
