Valley View, OH, January 10, 2020 – Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad’s Board of Trustees added two new members at its recent meeting. The Board serves as the governing body of CVSR and provides management and direction for the non-profit organization.
Carl Kirkland Jr., Cleveland, Ohio and Mike Ostrowski, Cleveland, Ohio are new additions to the Board. Kirkland is the Acting Director for the Office of Business Development at the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. Ostrowski is the President of the Cleveland Monsters and COO, Franchise Operations – Cavaliers Operating Company, LLC.
“Both Carl (Kirkland) and Mike (Ostrowski) embody the spirit of community and bring talent, expertise and energy to the table,” said Board Chair Peter Buerling. “We are very fortunate to have them by our side and appreciate their willingness to help us continue our mission.”
