Cardinal High School Students Visit the Wall that Heals
Our high school students had the honor of visiting The Wall That Heals today at the Geauga County Fairgrounds. The Wall honors the more than 58,000 who died or went missing in the Vietnam War. It is a half-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. that is designed to travel to communities throughout the United States. The wall is open to visitors 24 hours a day until 4:00 p.m. September 11. Our students were very humbled by the wall and enjoyed the opportunity to visit the site.
