Ten Little Soldiers went out to dine,
One choked his little self and then there were nine…
The Halloween season is a great time for a murder mystery. Agatha Christie’s bestselling novel And Then There Were None will come to life on the Geauga Lyric Theater stage (October 17-November 2) and director Deborah Cluts is up for the challenge.
“I find books that are adapted into plays more challenging than any other type of play,” said Cluts. “The audience has a set vision of their favorite character. Luckily, not only did I find actors that bring their unique twists to Christie’s characters, but together we overcame many hurdles. This play is a rewarding experience for all.”

The actors are also enjoying themselves. Lance King, who plays General Mackenzie, is impressed with the talent around him. “Great atmosphere for a newcomer like me!”
The show’s producer, Greg Pribulsky, has been eager about the production since auditions. “As I sat watching, I couldn’t help but get excited that so many talented actors and actresses came from across the region, wanting to be a part of this cast.”
Special offers associated with this show include dinner and a show at Morgan’s Smokehouse on the Square. Call the box office (440-286-2255) for details. On Halloween night, come in costume and receive two dollars off your ticket as well as have the chance to win a prize! Full details available online.
