From 1938 to 1981, we had students and staff attend our wonderful luncheon. From our eldest member, Betty Nokes to the wonderful secretary of Auburn School for over 23 years Mrs. Dorothy Papp. Each of these lived in Auburn Township for many, many years.
Thanks to Jake Trethewey, Auburn Township Trustees and Patti Phillips for the coordination, use of building, and overall oversight of the activities, the reunion was a great success. All who attended has a great time. We had people join us from Florida, Texas, Utah and all over Ohio.
Those in attendance either graduated from Auburn School or attended some time during their school years. It was nice to see fellow student’s re-unit with old friends, fellow students and facility. Some of our graduating members were actually teachers in our school system.
Such a wonderful time was had by all, it was decided to do this again next year. Mark your calendars for May 19, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Adam Hall.
