Berkshire’s Tucek Signs with Division I Georgia Southern

Friday, November 10th, senior McKenna Tucek signed her National Letter of Intent to attend and play volleyball for Georgia Southern University, an NCAA Division I school and member of the Sun Belt Conference.

Tucek was a four-year starter for the Berkshire volleyball program and helped lead the team to a record of 78-24 during her four years. This past season, Tucek went over the 1000 career kills mark and was a part of a team that went 23-3 and advanced to the OHSAA Regional Semifinals. A four-time letter winner, two-time league MVP, a member of three league championship and two district championship teams and a 2017 Division III Third Team All-Ohio Member, Tucek will leave as one of the most decorated volleyball players in Berkshire history.
