Blackbrook Audubon will explore Cleveland Lakefront Nature Preserve 9:30 a.m., Saturday, October 10. Meet at 8701 Lakeshore Blvd. NE, Cleveland, 44108. Recent sightings at this 88-acre site include Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, Pine Siskin, Sedge Wren, and several warblers. The group may visit Wendy Park to see the Brown Pelican reported there for the last several weeks.
Those planning to attend are asked to RSVP via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by messaging Blackbrook’s Facebook page. Participants should bring binoculars and a spotting scope as these can not be shared outside one’s household. The field trip coordinator, Pat Morse, will monitor the availability of local eateries.
