The juniors and seniors at Chagrin Falls High School (CFHS) who participate in the Excel TECC program have received awards for the 2019-20 school year. The Excel TECC program is a career preparatory program that aims to prepare students for a four-year college, two-year technical school, or a career in the field of their choice.

There are 22 programs available for students in eight school districts throughout Ohio. When students study the core subjects such as math, English, and science, the subject matter is related to the student’s career choice. The TECC program allows students to learn job skills along with these subjects.

This year, there are 10 CFHS students who received awards for their participation in Excel TECC. Senior Ruby Brandon studied in the Performing Arts Academy program and received the Excel TECC Outstanding Senior Award.
