Chagrin Falls Intermediate School Goes Hollywood 2020: That’s a Wrap

Chagrin Falls Intermediate School’s Goes Hollywood 2020 was a blockbuster hit with 253 students (70% of the student body) participating in the evening’s activities. On Friday, February 21, students were treated to a “Hollywood Night” where they took chances on huge raffle prizes, played games, and took pictures in a photo booth. Students followed the theme of “pajama day” by dressing in PJs and eating breakfast for dinner. These events all led up to the showing of the movie “Flubber.”

There were 36 parent volunteers and 21 teachers and staff who dedicated their time and talent to creating memories while fundraising for the school. “A super special thank-you to all who volunteered to help with the event by participating in months of planning and helping out whenever they could,” said Jordan Canter, fundraiser chairperson for Chagrin Falls Intermediate School.  “We are also grateful that the funds from the event will continue to enrich the new CFIS home and resources. Thank you to our staff, volunteers, students, and dozens of raffle sponsors who continually come through in support of our schools.”
