Students in Mrs. Kelly Andreas’ third grade class have been learning about various careers through parent guest speakers. Student Peter Rose’s father, Joe Rose, came in to talk about his job as a judge, which ended up involving the whole class’s participation. Students were picked to be the police officer, lawyer and defense attorney. The rest of the class took the part of jury.
With the courtroom set, Rose talked to the students about his job and let each student try on his robe and use his gavel.
