The Chardon Area Chamber of Commerce invites high school seniors residing in the Chardon Local School District to apply for one of two $1,000 scholarships. One will be given to a student attending a two year vocational college and the other to a someone attending a four-year college or university.
The Chamber scholarship is awarded annually to a well-rounded student based on school and extracurricular activities, community involvement, academic achievement and personal goals. It is funded by Chamber member donations and participation in Chamber activities throughout the year.
The deadline to apply is April 1, 2021.
The scholarship will be presented to the winner at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting tentatively set for 15 with a location to be announced. For an application and more information visit chardonchamber.com.
