Over 25 people recently gathered for a spouses meeting of the Chardon Kiwanis at the Chardon Heinen’s. The meeting led to a fun-filled evening with friends and included a wonderful presentation by the Big Creek Search Dog Team.
The presentation by Jeremiah, Debbie & Debbie’s dog from the Big Creek Search Dog Team gave a presentation about the makeup of the team, kind of services it offers and to whom it offers these services to. In short, the team provides search dog services, educational seminars and demonstrations to law enforcement, fire departments, emergency agencies, schools, youth groups and civic organizations.
“The presentation about the Big Creek Search Dog Team was truly informative,” said President Mary Bramstedt of the Kiwanis Club of Chardon. “It is a good thing that such dedicated groups are in our area.”
