Chicken Worm Meatloaf

Just the thought of worms in a meatloaf should turn just about any stomach green. However, we are continuing forward with our recipes of funny names, and my second choice, Chicken Worm Meatloaf, will work perfectly.

This is another simple recipe, using just five ingredients. This recipe will take you longer to bake it than it does to make it, or eat it. If you happen to have anything left over for the next day, you can make yummy cold or hot sandwiches served up on buns with your favorite cheese. This is a great meatloaf when served up with fresh picked sweet corn, mashed potatoes, and homemade cinnamon applesauce, and your favorite bread or rolls.

So far, I have given you two of my favorite, funny name recipes, Pink Panther Poop and Chicken Worm Meatloaf. What could possibly be next you ask? Well…that would be Garbage, of course! Stay tuned….

Chicken Worm Meatloaf

2# ground beef
1 can (10.75 oz.) Chicken Noodle Soup (add no water!)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. (or more to taste) McCormick’s Montreal Chicken seasoning
1/4 to 1/2 cup of instant potato flakes

Mix all together, using potato flakes to desired consistency.

Place and mold into your favorite loaf pan.

Bake at 400° for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on thickness and your oven.

NOTE: You can substitute a beef seasoning for the chicken. However, I prefer chicken.
