Westlake, OH – Chris Hegele is pleased to announce the launch of his new in-home care company, Home Helpers Home Care of NW Cuyahoga County. This new locally-owned and operated franchise offers services in Northwest Cuyahoga and Eastern Lorain counties.

Home Helpers Home Care offers the industry’s leading model for comprehensive care with its unique care program, Cared-4SM, which provides the four necessary components to living independently. This includes Personal Care & Companionship, Nutrition & Meal Planning, 24/7 Emergency Response and Wellness Calls to help ensure medications and hydration are maintained.

“I’m passionate about the care industry and I’m excited to use my resources and business experience for the primary purpose of helping people,” Hegele said. “With many of my extended family members living far away, I understand how confusing the home-care industry can be – it’s hard to understand how to navigate the process and evaluate the options. At Home Helpers, we can be an advocate to help you find the care that works best for you and your loved ones.”

Families looking for dependable, in-home care by employees who are fully trained, background checked and insured can call Home Helpers for a free in-home consultation to help determine the right care for their loved ones. Home Helpers also will perform an in-home safety assessment before start of care and all staff members are following strict CDC guidelines to protect clients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

After graduating from Miami University, Hegele spent more than 25 years in business and operations leadership at large companies. At the same time, Hegele consistently volunteered in his local community – helping people of all ages through Junior Achievement, his local church, United Way and a local homeless shelter. Hegele and his wife, Robyn Hegele, married shortly after college. They lived in Michigan for a while, then moved back to Ohio in 2009. They raised two children in Northeast Ohio and are proud to call Cleveland home.

Hegele decided to join Home Helpers because he wanted to combine his management skills with the perspectives he gained from volunteer work into a unified force to improve the lives of seniors in their communities in the Northwest suburbs of Cleveland.

“When I was working for large corporations, my passion to help people didn’t always align with the goals I had to achieve. There were times when numbers seemed more important than people. As the owner of Home Helpers Home Care of NW Cuyahoga County, I look forward to spending nearly all of my time making a positive change in peoples’ lives: clients, client families and employees,” Hegele said.
