The CMS gym was transformed Jan. 14 for an adventure into space!
As part of the Nature Scopes Program presented by the Geauga Park District, fifth graders at CMS rotated between three different stations. The stations included sun and stars, moon and planets, and constellations and deep space objects.
The students were able to demonstrate magnitude using flashlights, explore planets using their binoculars, and explore the star lab. Fifth grade teacher Mr. Cicero says the students had fun and deepened their understanding of space.
