This is a very quick, easy recipe, and it will be ready when you are. If you’re looking for an inexpensive gift, buy a mug, combine the cake mixes, and then bag the mixture for individual servings. Give a couple of servings per mug along with the instructions; you can even throw in the spoon like I did. Great teacher’s thank you gift! Gift to a friend, co-worker, neighbor or keep it for yourself.
You will need 2 boxes of cake mix: 1 box any flavor; the other, 1 box Angel Food
Mix cake mixes together in a bowl.
Store the mixture in an airtight container until you are ready to use.
Place 6 tablespoons of your dry mixture into your favorite coffee mug, stirring in 4 tablespoons of water.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Note: You must use Angel food cake mix as one of your cake mixes.
For the other cake mix of choice, I prefer the chocolate or cinnamon streusel cake mixes.
